It is not certain as to when the White Wilkerson colonists emigrated from England, Ireland, Scotland or Wales; but, we assume it was prior to the American Revolutionary War that began in 1775.  Below record reflects their likely migration from Campbell County Virginia westward to Bedford County in first decade of the 19th century.  We are inclined to believe that William Wilkerson likely fathered Emma Wilkerson in 1814 and William Lockett Wilkerson born in 1811.
