Mrs. Rosa Jones Johnson of Bedford City Virginia, born abt 1914 and the cousin of Lewis Marshall Martin advised us recently advised that her mother Hettie Jones was a first cousin to Lewis Marshall Martin. She said that Ada Robinson and James Hampton Robinson were siblings, not offspring of Sarah Robinson. She also noted that Ada was a prominent school teacher and James Hampton Robinson was a prosperous carpenter.
The information provided more or less confirms our conclusion that Lensey and Isaac Robinson were brothers born of the mother Matilda Robinson who was the grandmother of Sarah Robinson, born abt 1880 and great mother of Sarah Robinson Martin.
